When can I expect to receive my order?

To keep our prices as low as possible, whatmotion.com ships products directly from the manufacturer or supplier. As a result, delivery may take slightly longer than you're used to.

The estimated delivery time has passed — where is my order?

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window. If your order hasn’t arrived within 3 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service at info@whatmotion.com. We’ll gladly investigate and assist you further.

All orders at whatmotion.com are shipped completely free of charge — no hidden fees or minimum purchase amounts.

Unfortunately, damage during shipping can occur. If your product arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at info@whatmotion.com.
Make sure to include clear photos of the damage in your email so we can resolve the issue quickly.
In most cases, we will send a replacement free of charge.

What is the refund process?

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The items are unused
  • The items are undamaged
  • The original packaging is intact

Once we receive your return and verify the condition, we will issue a full refund within 10 business days.
